Heathrow Reimagined: A Better Hub for Britain responds to Heathrow Airport Limited’s (HAL) commissioned research featured in The Sunday Times

A spokesperson for the Heathrow Reimagined campaign, said:

“The leading independent analysis is unequivocal. Heathrow continues to be the world’s most expensive airport. Yet the passenger experience does not match the premium it charges. It’s fallen outside of the top 20 in the world airport rankings and well below some of the peers referenced in Heathrow’s commissioned analysis. Despite a declining passenger experience and ageing infrastructure, Heathrow’s passenger charges are set to rise even further in the years to come. The time for a fundamental regulatory review by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is now.”
